Party: Update on Formal

Well, Matt has informed me that our original time table for the formal might leave you brothers a little rushed considering we just got back. So, I am moving the formal to Dec. 9 at the Rice Bowl at 7:30PM. RSVP with me or Matt at (530) 343-2039. Leave a message if we don't answer, the phone's been acting funny but messages always get through.

Party: Winter Formal

This year's winter formal will be held on Dec. 2 at the Rice Bowl. This is a formal dinner so formal attire is required. Gentlemen should wear a nice button-up shirt, optional tie, and nice pants. Ladies, wear a nice dress or business outfit. I shall post the time once the Rice Bowl gets back to me on the reservation times, but expect an 7-8PM start time.

General News: Tournament Results

The Tournament went OK. We esentially broke even on our investments. Next time we'll need to advertize more effectively to make it worth it. Once again the event was pretty much crafted by Scott Halsey. Props to him. Thanks also to Round Mountain Martial Arts for their cash prize donation and further help. John Kocyla hor bringing his team down from Oregon, lots of fun.
Black Belt events were pretty well attended, and despite a little drama, I think everyone had a good time. I announced our Spring Adult Mini-Aournament, which should be on March 4. That should be a blast. I am considering getting a cop to stand in, though :P

Just a quick, off the subject note--we have a recliner that we don't have room for. It's quite comfortable, some of you have probably seen it here(it's the dark blue one). Anyway, it needs a new home, so if anyone is interested, let me know. Thanks.
